Privacy
We don't use advertising trackers or accounts, and we don't ask for any health information. The only cookies we use are for Google Analytics, and only if you agree to them.
Analytics cookies
If you choose Accept in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. This helps us improve the directory. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that can last up to 2 years, and Google processes the data on our behalf. It doesn't give us your name or contact details, and Google Analytics 4 doesn't log or store IP addresses.
If you choose Reject, or don't choose, Google Analytics isn't loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with , also in the footer of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
Location searches
When you search by postcode or town, your browser sends that postcode or place name to postcodes.io, a free UK postcode lookup service, to find its approximate location. We use that only to sort clinics by distance in your browser. We don't store it.
Forms
If you use our contact form, or our forms to report incorrect information or claim a clinic profile, we receive what you type, including any name, email address or phone number, by email. We use it only to deal with your request and to contact you about it, and we delete it when it's no longer needed for that. Please don't include health information.
Comparing clinics
If you add clinics to compare, your choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you move between pages. They aren't sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Anwar Enterprises Ltd (company number 13949086, registered office Shirley Social Club, Marshall Lake Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4RB) runs this site and is responsible for any personal data it collects. You can contact us through our contact form or by post at our registered office.
